2026 (Freshman): Fivelson made the most of his opportunities during his freshman season, quickly emerging as an impact bat with power and run-producing ability. He appeared in 30 games with 22 starts, hitting .267 with a .368 on-base percentage, .567 slugging percentage, and .935 OPS. He recorded four doubles, one triple, seven home runs, 38 RBIs, 25 runs scored, 11 walks, four hit by pitches, and went 2-for-3 in stolen base attempts.

Fivelson made an immediate statement in his collegiate debut against Christian Brothers (2/8/26), going 3-for-4 while finishing a single shy of the cycle, driving in five runs, and scoring three times. He finished the season with 10 games of at least two RBIs and five multi-hit performances.

Personal: Ari Fivelson is a native of Gilberts, Illinois, and a graduate of Hampshire High School. He is the son of Derek and Molly Fivelson and has two sisters, Sydney and Camryn. Fivelson excelled academically, graduating with a 4.0 unweighted GPA and 5.9 weighted GPA while being named the Industrial Technology Department Student of the Year as a senior.

A multi-sport athlete, Fivelson played four years of football and baseball. He served as a senior captain in football and was a two-year team captain in baseball. On the diamond, he earned All-Conference and All-Area honors while helping lead Hampshire to back-to-back IHSA Class 4A Regional Championships in 2024 and 2025. During his senior season, the Whippurs also set the school record for wins in a single season.

Fivelson is a fan of the Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks. His favorite athletes include Ichiro Suzuki, Russell Wilson, and Julio Rodríguez.
