Biography
Personal: Landon Sprous, from Potosi, MO, attended Potosi Senior High School, where he competed as a Trojan. He is the son of Jeremiah and Carla Sprous and the brother of Weston and Miah. A dedicated three-sport athlete, Landon has earned All-Conference, All-District, All-Sectional, and All-State honors across multiple disciplines.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to Class 3A and 4A conference, district, sectional, and state championships. One of his standout achievements is his personal record of 14.78 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles (39-inch height).
Beyond athletics, Landon is passionate about exercising both his faith and athleticism. He draws inspiration from professional sprinters like Daniel Roberts and Grant Holloway and is a devoted supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs and Team USA Track and Field. Landon is also a proud member of the First Baptist Church of Potosi.
