Biography
Personal: Santiago "Santi" Leiva, from Asunción, Paraguay, attended Centro para el Desarrollo de la Inteligencia. He was an active member of the Math Club from 2016 to 2020, showcasing his academic dedication.
In swimming, Santiago had an outstanding junior career, becoming a four-time national interscholastic champion and setting two national junior records. His dedication to the sport earned him recognition at the national level.
Beyond swimming, Santiago enjoys playing video games, tennis, paddle, and soccer and has a passion for cars. He looks up to elite swimmers Caeleb Dressel and Cameron McEvoy and is also a passionate supporter of Club Cerro Porteño.
