Personal: Matino is from Sant Cugat Del Valles, Spain, where she attended Agora Sant Cugat International School. Anna is the daughter of Eusebi and Marila and the sister of Albert. Outside of tennis, she enjoys staying active with other sports and playing the piano. Her favorite athletes are Carlos Alcaraz, Serena Williams, and Rafael Nadal. She is also a fan of FC Barcelona.
Why QU?
I chose QU because I knew that I wanted to study abroad in the United States so I could continue to play tennis and compete at a high level while also obtaining a degree. I did not have the opportunities in Spain to combine studies with sports, and when QU reached out to me, I knew I had to take the opportunity.
