Biography
Personal: Tate Bouman is from Lakeville, Minnesota, and attended Lakeville North High School, where he played for the Panthers. Throughout his high school career, Bouman was a standout in lacrosse, earning the Heart and Effort Award as a freshman before helping lead his team to a state championship as a sophomore, where he also earned All-Conference Honorable Mention honors. As a junior, he helped the Panthers to a state runner-up finish while being named Second Team All-Conference. In his senior season, Bouman led his team to a third-place state finish while earning All-State and First Team All-Conference honors, along with the Hard Hat Award and the Jen Johnson Memorial Scholarship.
Bouman was part of three conference championship teams and helped his program to a state championship, runner-up finish, and third-place finish during his career. He also finished as the program’s all-time leader in saves. Outside of athletics, he enjoys paintball, short track racing, and golf. His favorite athlete is Dale Earnhardt, and he is a fan of the Minnesota Wild.
