2025 (Sophomore): Pappas appeared and started in all 11 games as a sophomore, where he had 37 ground balls, 12 caused turnovers, and scored his first career goal in a win over Northwood (2/11/25). Jonah had a season-high 11 ground balls in the Hawks's first-ever GLVC victory over William Jewell (4/26/25), which was the same game he recorded his season-high in caused turnovers with four.

2024 (Freshman): In his freshman season, Pappas appeared in 13 games and made five starts, where he recorded 16 ground balls, nine caused turnovers, and recorded his first career and lone point of the season with an assist against Davenport (4/6/24). Jonah made his collegiate debut against William Jewell (2/10/24) and earned his first career start against Malone (2/24/24).

Personal: Jonah Pappas is from Plymouth, Minnesota, and attended Armstrong High School, where he played for the Falcons. He is the son of Karin and Jefferson Pappas and has two brothers, Noah and Luke. Pappas proudly holds the all-time record for fist bumps given in a single season with 684. His favorite athletes include Anthony Edwards and Josh Allen. He is a fan of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Buffalo Bills.
