Biography
2026 (Freshman): Ries appeared in all 13 games with 11 starts during his freshman season with the Hawks, serving as one of Quincy’s primary faceoff options. He led the team with 67 faceoff wins, going 67-for-193 at the X, while also ranking among the team leaders with 44 ground balls.
Ries made his collegiate debut against Rockhurst (2/12/26), where he picked up two ground balls and went 4-for-17 in the faceoff circle. His top performance came against Holy Family (3/16/26), where he went a season-best 15-for-21 on faceoffs and picked up a season-high 12 ground balls.
