Personal: Hefty comes to Quincy from Madison, Wisconsin, where he graduated from Madison Memorial High School. Gavin is the son of Amy and Erick Hefty and the brother of Juliet. During his time as a Spartan, Hefty was named an all-conference goalkeeper. Outside of Lacrosse, he enjoys hunting and fishing. His favorite athlete is Dylan Ward, and his favorite team is the Green Bay Packers.
