Quincy University Hawks

Personal: Cooper Karedes is from Elkhorn, Wisconsin, and attended Elkhorn Area High School, where he played for the Elks. He is the son of Jim and Anne Karedes and has a brother, Max. Karedes excelled academically as a member of the National Honor Society.

A standout multi-sport athlete, Karedes was a state qualifier in swimming and a four-year varsity starter in lacrosse, where he served as a three-year team captain. He earned First Team All-Conference honors twice, was named Elkhorn Offensive MVP twice, and helped lead his team to the 2025 MCC Conference Championship. He also finished his career as Elkhorn’s all-time leader in goals with 114.

Outside of athletics, Karedes enjoys basketball, fishing, and water skiing. His favorite athlete is Michael Jordan, and he is a fan of the Milwaukee Bucks and Wisconsin Badgers.
