Biography
Career (2022-25): In four seasons with the Hawks, Prediger appeared in 52 games and started in 28, where he had 36 goals and 38 assists for a total of 74 points. His assist and point totals both rank inside the top five in QU history after the conclusion of the 2025 season. He also recorded 60 ground balls and 12 caused turnovers. Caidyn had one game-winning goal in his career, which came in a victory over Malone (2/18/23).

2025 (Senior): In his senior season, Prediger appeared and started in all 11 games, where he had eight goals, 11 assists, 25 ground balls, and two caused turnovers. Caidyn had four points in three different games, including a four assist game in a win over Davenport (2/8/25).

2024 (Junior): In 14 games and 10 starts, Caidyn had 16 goals, eight assists, 18 ground balls, and five caused turnovers. Prediger had six man-up goals and had a four goal performance against CSU Pueblo (3/16/24).Â

2023 (Sophomore): As a sophomore, Prediger appeared in 15 games and made five starts, where he scored 11 goals and was tied for third on the team with 16 assists, good for 27 points. He also had 13 ground balls and five caused turnovers. Caidyn had two four assist games to open up the season against Wheeling (2/17/23) and Malone (2/18/23), which was also the same game he had a multi-goal game, including a game-winning goal.

2022 (Freshman): In his first season with the Hawks, Caidyn saw action in 12 games, making two starts, where he had one goal, three assists, and four ground balls. He made his collegiate debut against Rockhurst (2/5/22), which was the same game he scored his first career goal. He earned his first career start against Indianapolis (4/10/22) and dished out his first career assist in a win over Columbia College (3/2/22). Â
Personal: Prediger is from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and a graduate of St. Mary High School. Caidyn is the son of Tracey and Shaun Prediger and the brother of Nic and Ryley. His favorite athlete is Leon Draisaitl and a fan of the Edmonton Oilers.Â
