Quincy University Hawks

2025-26 (Freshman): Brewer appeared in 23 games off the bench during his freshman season with the Hawks. He averaged 2.9 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 0.3 assists across 9.7 minutes per game while shooting 41.8 percent from the field and 67.9 percent from the free throw line.

Brewer made his collegiate debut against Cedarville (11/14/25), playing four minutes while scoring two points and grabbing one rebound. His best performance came against Maryville (2/19/26), when he scored a season-high 10 points on a perfect 3-for-3 shooting and 4-for-4 effort at the free throw line while adding three rebounds and two blocks.

Personal: Preston Brewer, from Canton, Missouri, is a graduate of Canton R-V High School, where he excelled as a multi-sport athlete for the Tigers. The son of Jake and Tiffany Brewer, both former Culver-Stockton College athletes, Jake in basketball and Tiffany in volleyball. A standout in the classroom, he was a member of the National Honor Society, earned the Presidential Award, graduated Summa Cum Laude, and served on the Leadership Team while making the honor roll all four years. 

On the field and court, Preston was a force in baseball, earning First Team All-District honors three times and being named the Herald-Whig Pitcher of the Year. In basketball, he was a three-time District Player of the Year, KHQA Player of the Year, Muddy River Player of the Year, and Missouri Class 2 Player of the Year, finishing with a school-record 1,966 points and helping his team to a Class 2A state runner-up finish and three district championships. He also found success in golf, qualifying for state and earning All-District honors. 

Outside of sports, Preston enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing. He looks up to Michael Jordan and Peyton Manning and is a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, Denver Broncos, and Golden State Warriors.
