Biography
Career (2022-25): Nock put together a fantastic four-year career on the defensive end for Quincy. Connor appeared in 50 games and made 49 starts, and he holds two career records after the 2025 season, totaling the most ground balls (165) and caused turnovers (90). Despite playing defense, Nock scored six goals and had six assists as well.

2025 (Senior): In his final season with QU, Nock led the team with 49 ground balls and 25 caused turnovers. He also scored three goals and dished out three assists. Nock now holds the single-season record with 2.27 caused turnovers per game, which also led the GLVC and was 14th in Division II. Connor had a season-high seven ground balls in back-to-back wins against Davenport (2/8/25) and Northwood (2/11/25). He also had a season-high four caused turnovers in three different games.Â

2024 (Junior): In his third season with the Hawks, Nock saw action in 12 games, making 11 starts, where he had two goals, one assists, 42 ground balls, and for the second straight season, led the Hawks with 23 caused turnovers, which ranked 6th in total for the GLVC. Nock caused four turnovers for the second time in his career in a 20-12 victory over Malone (2/24/24).Â

2023 (Sophomore): Appeared in 16 games, starting in all 16, where he scored one goal, recorded one assist, picked up 55 ground balls, which was third on the team, and caused a team-best 27 turnovers. His 27-caused turnovers are the most in one season by a Hawk, and ranked third in the GLVC for the 2023 season. Nock scored his first career goal in a 17-11 win over Malone (2/18/23).

2022 (Freshman): In his freshman season, Nock appeared in 11 games, starting in each one, where he recorded two assists, 19 ground balls, and 15 caused turnovers, which was second on the team. Connor recorded his first career point with an assist in a 10-4 victory over Cornell College (2/26/22).

Personal: Nock hails from Osgoode, Canada, where he graduated from St. Mark Catholic High School. Connor is the son of Michelle and Eddie Nock and has one sister, Mackenzie.
