2024 (Redshirt Sophomore at Erskine): Parton appeared in three games during his redshirt sophomore season at Erskine. Parton made his collegiate debut against St. Andrews (8/31/24), gaining his first game experience at the collegiate level.

Personal: Makai Parton, a Pacific, Missouri native and Pacific High School Indians graduate, built an impressive football résumé during his prep career. He earned Second Team All-Conference honors at linebacker as a sophomore, was named All-Metro linebacker as a junior, and capped his senior season as a Second Team All-State running back. That final year was one for the record books as Makai rushed for 2,200 yards and found the end zone 35 times. The son of Mindy Parton, he enjoys watching movies, spending time with friends, and looks up to NFL star Saquon Barkley.
