Biography

2024 (Senior): As a senior, Wilson saw action in eight games, where he had seven receptions for 69 yards and a touchdown. He scored his lone touchdown of the season with a 17-yard grab against Truman State (10/19/24).

2023 (Junior): Wilson saw action in eight games on the season and did not record a reception.

2022 (Sophomore): As a sophomore, Demari saw action in nine games. He caught his first pass as a Hawk with a seven-yard reception against Trinity International (9/8/22). Wilson caught his first touchdown pass with a 12-yard reception against Southwest Baptist (11/5/22). Demari finished the season with three receptions for 28 yards and a touchdown.

2021 (Redshirt Freshman): Made his collegiate debut seeing action against Iowa Wesleyan (9/11/21). Appeared in five games throughout the season.

2020-21 (Freshman): Did not see action.

Personal: Wilson is a native of Aurora, Illinois, and a graduate of Waubonsie Valley High School. He is the son of Milina Wilson and the brother of Toni Wilson. During his time on the football field, he was a two-time all-conference honorable mention. Outside of the gridiron, he enioys playing golf and hanging with friends. His favorite athletes are John Daly and Davante Adams, and he roots for the Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bulls, and the Chicago Cubs.
