Micah Johnson

Micah Johnson spent the last two seasons at the University of Minnesota Morris as the Offensive Coordinator. Previously, he was the wide receivers coach and Passing Game Coordinator at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
 
Johnson helped Case Western Reserve to an undefeated regular season in 2017 as they went to the second round of the NCAA Division III playoffs before losing to eventual national champion, Mount Union.
 
Prior to Case Western Reserve, Johnson served as head coach of Joy Christian High School in Glendale, Arizona where he won two state championships during his tenure from 2014-16.

He started his collegiate coaching career at Grinnell College where he was the passing game coordinator and also coached the quarterbacks, wide receivers, and tight ends from 2010-13. He helped guide Grinnell's offense to top 10 national finishes in three seasons, and two of Grinnell's wide receivers went on to play in the National Football League.
 
In his playing career, Johnson was an all-conference wide receiver at South Dakota State University (2004-06). He went on to play in the NFL for three seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, Cincinnati Bengals, and San Francisco 49ers. He also played a season for the British Columbia Lions of the Canadian Football League.
