Quincy University Hawks

Personal: Grace was very involved athletically and academically at Central High School in Camp Point, Illinois, where she is from. She placed in the top three in three different cheer competitions throughout her high school career, including two first-place finishes in the Rumble on the River Cheerleading Competition. She also had a first-place finish at the Pittsfield Turkey Tournament. Welch was also the class Vice President and class valedictorian. Some of her favorite hobbies include listening to music, baking, reading, and going on walks. Grace also has two favorite athletes, which are Simone Biles and Caitlyn Clark.

Why QU?
As a college, QU stood out to me compared others. I loved the unique opportunities offered for students that allow them to branch out academically. Few schools in Illinois have a STUNT program, and I wanted to be a part of a new and growing sport for female athletes.
