Quincy University Hawks

2025 (Graduate): In his final season with the Hawks, Conzemius played a key role for the Hawks out of the bullpen. He appeared in 15 games, 11 out of the bullpen, serving as a long-reliever, where he tossed 54.0 innings and had a 5.00 ERA and a 1.54 WHIP. He punched out 50 batters and had a 1-4 record with two saves. Tom recorded his first career save in an 8-6 win over Indianapolis (4/5/25). He also picked up a seven-out save in a key win over Maryville (5/7/25) in the GLVC tournament, part of a 13.2-inning scoreless streak.

2024 (Graduate): Appeared in 13 games and made nine starts for a total of 53.2 innings. Conzemius had an ERA of 5.03 and struck out 47 batters. He earned his first career win after throwing five innings of one-run baseball against Drury (3/29/24).

2023 (Senior): Pitched 6.1 innings for the Hawks, striking out six with a 7.11 ERA.

Personal: Son of Jim and Tegwen and brother to Kevin and Kathleen, Tom Conzemius hails from Deerfield, Illinois. Conzemius went to Deerfield High School where he was an all-conference pitcher in 2019 for the Warriors. His favorite athletes are Kerry Wood and Gregg Maddux, and he enjoys watching the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears. Outside of baseball, Conzemius likes playing video games and hanging out with friends.
