Mike Vucsko is in his first season as a graduate assistant on the men's baseball coaching staff at Quincy University.
Vuckso, from Evergreen Park, Illinois, spent the last two years as an assistant coach for the Western Illinois baseball team. There, he worked primarily with infielders and handled travel operations and arrangements.
Vucsko graduated from Lewis University with a degree in Criminal Justice. He played baseball for the Flyers and received GLVC All-Conference, GLVC All-Academic, and ABCA Midwest Region Gold Glove honors after committing just two erros in 170 attempts for a team high .988 fielding percentage his senior year.
Currently, Vucsko is pursuing a Master of Educational Leadership at Quincy University.
