Quincy University Hawks

2025 (Redshirt Freshman): In his second season with the Hawks, Collins appeared in nine games, where he tossed six innings, gave up 11 runs, seven earned, walked eight, and struck out five. He had a 10.50 ERA and a 3.33 WHIP and posted a 0-1 record. He made his collegiate debut against Lincoln Memorial (2/9/2025), where he recorded his first strikeout.

Personal: Collins is from North Posey High School, where he excelled as both a utility player and pitcher. During his high school career, he was a two-time Class 2A Sectional Champion and earned 1st Team All-Conference honors as a utility player in 2022 and as a pitcher in 2023. His outstanding performances also earned him selections to the Evansville Courier & Press Team in both 2022 and 2023. In addition to his athletic achievements, he was honored as Prom King.

Off the field, he enjoys bowling, hunting, gaming, and spending time with family and friends. His favorite athlete is Jose Altuve and is a devoted fan of the Houston Astros.
