Biography

2023 (Freshman): In his first season with the Hawks, Claxton appeared in three games and made two tackles. He made his collegiate debut on the field against Fontbonne (9/14/23), where he recorded his first career tackle.

Personal: Claxton is a native of Roselle, New Jersey, and a graduate of Abraham Clark High School. He is the son of Alnisa and Jarvis Claxton and the brother of Najee, Quraan, and Anj. In his free time, Cherquan enjoys lifting, eating, sleeping, and cooking.
