QUINCY, Ill. – The Quincy University men's and women's cross country programs have released their 2026 schedule as the Hawks prepare for the upcoming fall season.

The 2026 slate features four regular-season meets before the Hawks compete at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship in November.

Quincy will open the season on Friday, Sept. 4, at the Prairie Stars Invitational. The Hawks will return to action one week later on Friday, Sept. 11, at the Larry Young Invitational.

After a few weeks away from competition, Quincy will open the month of October at the Seminole Stampede on Saturday, Oct. 3. The Hawks will then compete at the Brian T. Simpson Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 10, in their final regular-season meet of the year.

The postseason begins Saturday, Nov. 7, when Quincy travels to the GLVC Championship, in hopes to qualifying for the Midwest Regional.

The Hawks will look to build throughout the fall and use the regular season as preparation for the GLVC Championship to close out the 2026 campaign.
