QUINCY, Ill. – The Quincy University women's tennis team fell 4-0 to Drury University on Saturday morning in GLVC action at Reservoir Park.
Drury took the early advantage by sweeping all three doubles matches to claim the opening point.
The Panthers secured the next three points in singles play at Nos. 1, 2, and 3 to clinch the team victory. Nadia Araguas pushed her No. 2 singles match to three sets after winning the opening set, but Drury's Antanina Novik battled back for the win. Matches at Nos. 4, 5, and 6 singles were left unfinished after the team result was decided.
The Hawks will be back in action on Saturday, April 18, at 11:00 AM against Truman State in Kirksville, Missouri.
