INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Quincy University freshman quarterback
Bradyn Little has been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday.
Little, making his collegiate debut, led the Hawks to a 38-7 victory over Concordia-St. Paul in the season opener at QU Stadium. The hometown product from Quincy Senior High School completed 22 of 28 passes for 256 yards and three touchdowns, while also adding two rushing scores. He showcased poise and accuracy, connecting with 11 different Hawk receivers throughout the night.
This marks Little's first career GLVC Offensive Player of the Week honor, making him the first true freshman in program history to receive the award. He is also the first Hawk to win since
Teon Dollard on November 4, 2024.
Behind Little's command of the offense, the Hawks opened the 2025 campaign with a decisive victory, setting the tone for the season ahead. Bradyn and the Hawks will return on the field on Saturday, September 6, at 1:00 PM, when they travel to Arlington Heights, Illinois, to face Roosevelt University at Morris Field.
