Quincy, Ill. - The Quincy University STUNT team closed out its inaugural season at Pepsi Arena on Sunday afternoon (Apr. 13) against the Missouri Valley College Vikings. The Hawks fell to a strong Vikings squad 17-7 in front of a home crowd.
The Vikings were just one win away from heading to nationals at the end of the season, and their skill showed in Pepsi Arena, scoring in all but three rounds in the first three quarters. Quincy got on the board on a near-perfect routine in the pyramid round. The Hawks scored a perfect, 4 out of 4 points in the jumps and tumbling round, overtaking the Vikings 4-2 in that round.
Quincy scored two points in the team routine quarter, gaining one point in the partner stunt portion of routine two and one point in the pyramid section of routine three.
Quincy came out of their first season with a 2-14 record against multiple second and third-year programs. The Hawks dipped their toes into the STUNT world in 2025, and look to soar higher in 2026.
