QUINCY, ILL. – The Quincy University Men's Soccer played host to the Missouri S&T Miners on Monday, September 19. The Hawks Miners played to a 3-3 draw in GLVC play.
The Hawks got the scoring started early as
George Ashby found
Kamou Harris on the service into the box for Harris's second goal of the season. In the 29
th minute of action,
Ben Scotford found
Bobby Nikolopoulos at the back post for the diving header.
The Miners cut the lead in half late in the 1
st half. Quincy regained their two goal lead in the 58
th minute as Harris found Marcel Kasper.
Missouri S&T got goals in the 66
th and 71
st minutes to earn the 3-3 draw.
The Hawks will remain home for their next game on Friday, September 23
rd as they host McKendree University at 7:30 p.m.
