Quincy, Ill. – Quincy University Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Josh Rabe announced on Wednesday (5/10) that Carla Passini, Head Softball Coach has resigned as the leader of the Hawk Softball program.

In her seven seasons as the Hawks coach, Passini compiled a record of 124-168 (.425), with a GLVC record of 63-107.

"Carla Passini has been a tremendous ambassador for Quincy University," said Rabe. "She has run the softball program in a first class manner and has been an excellent role model for her student athletes.  The softball program will miss her leadership and passion."

A national search for a new head softball coach will commence immediately.
