Prairie Stars Score 2nd Half Goal to Defeat Hawks

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – Despite Olivia Kindt's 11 saves, the Hawks fell in Great Lakes Valley Conference play to the University of Illinois – Springfield Prairie Stars on Sunday, October 9th by the score of 1-0.

The lone goal from UIS was in the 75th minute from Abby Dellamorte. The Hawks had their chances down the stretch, but could not find the back of the net.

They will return home to Legends Stadium on Friday, October 14th with the William Jewell Cardinals at 5:00 p.m.
