Quincy, Ill - The Quincy University women's volleyball team played their first home game of the fall season on Saturday afternoon (Sept. 18) but fell in four sets to Missouri-St. Louis.
The Hawks offense was led by Emily Rehagen who had 18 kills then followed by Mattie Norris who collected 14 kills. Makayla Knoblauch accumulated a total of 44 assists in the game. America Galvan led the Hawks' defense with 32 digs while Rehagen recorded a huge double-double behind 25 digs. Norris also tallied a double-double for QU as she posted 23 digs. The Hawks were not able to keep up the pace after winning the first set 25-23. Quincy fell in the final three sets by scores of 25-21, 25-17, and 25-22.
