Quincy, Ill. – The Quincy University women's lacrosse team played for the first time in 13 days against Maryville University on Friday night (Apr. 2). The Hawks fell 14-4 in the contest.

The Saints started the game by scoring the first goal of the game at the 27:45 mark and continued their streak to 5-0. Bianca Johnson later scored the first goal for the Hawks to make it 5-1. Not long after, Heaven-Lee Nichols fired a shot to the net for Quincy's second goal and made the score 6-2. By the end of the first half, the Hawks trailed 10-2.

The Hawks slowed Maryville's attack in the second half and only allowed them to score four more times. Quincy scored two more goals by Danielle Robinson and Reece Nagao to end the game with a 14-4 score.
