Hammond, IN. - The Quincy Women's Volleyball team finished off play at the Midwest Regional Crossover on Saturday (Oct. 16). The Hawks defeated Saginaw Valley in three sets to sweep the weekend and extend their winning streak to four in-a-row.
The Hawks won each set 25-20, using a balanced attack led by Emily Rehagen who had 14 kills. Sarah Brown and Emma Wijnbergen also contributed nine and eight kills respectively. Brown added four block assists from the middle to pace Quincy, and Makayla Knoublach recorded 28 assists to facilitate the offense.
With the win, the Hawks moved above .500 at 11-10 on the year.
