KIRKSVILLE, MO. - The Quincy University women's soccer team traveled to Truman State on Friday (Oct. 15) and lost 1-0.
Quincy had ten shots in the contest with five shots on goal. Lauren Crane shot twice with both shots at the net but both were stopped by the Bulldogs' goalkeeper. Samaris Alvarado had the most shots for the Hawks with three total. She also had one shot on goal also saved by Truman's goalkeeper.
The Bulldogs scored the only goal of the game in the 76th minute and held QU without a shot for the last 14 minutes of regulation to hold on for the win.Â

Quincy will be at home next Friday (Oct. 22) night to face Rockhurst University at 5:00 PM.
