QUINCY, Ill. – The Hawks rolled in a 92-49 victory of Hannibal-LaGrange on Saturday afternoon. The Hawks scored on over half of their shot attempts on their way to the 43-point win.

1st Quarter
The Hawks spread the ball around early. Five different Hawks scored the first 11 points of the game. 

Hannibal-LaGrange kept pace with QU early. After a made shot by Ella Gobald, Quincy led 11-10. The Trojans scored the next five points to gain the lead 15-11. 

QU answered with a 5-0 run of their own to go back ahead 16-15. Under three minutes left in the quarter, the game was tied 18-18. 

The Hawks ended the quarter with seven straight points end the quarter leading 25-18.

2nd Quarter
Quincy's defense allowed them to pull away from the Trojans in the second quarter. The Hawks limited HLGU to just six points while scoring 22. 

Taylor Hickey had ten points and three steals as QU went to the half leading 47-24. 

3rd Quarter
The Hawk offense kept its foot on the gas in the third. Eight different Hawks scored in the quarter leading to a 75-36 QU lead after 30 minutes of play. 

Maddie Spagnola, Michaela Gronewold, Alexa Low, Kennedy Prince, and Taylor Hickey all had more than one bucket during the third quarter. 

4th Quarter
Quincy remained in control for the remainder of the game. The Hawks defeated HLGU 92-49 for their second win of the season.
