Taylor Reis begins his tenure as the next head women's soccer coach after six seasons as QU's assistant men's soccer coach. Reis becomes the sixth head women's soccer coach in program history.
Reis spent four seasons as a full-time assistant coach with men's soccer after spending his first two years as a graduate assistant with the program. In that time, the Hawks had four seasons with a .500 record or more and helped produce eight All-GLVC players, including GLVC Freshman of the Year Kingsford Adjei. Reis also was the Hawks' student assistant coach during his final student year at Quincy and helped coach the boys' soccer team at Quincy Notre Dame High School to a Class 1A State Championship title in the same year.
As a student, Reis played for the Hawks from 2014-2016 and produced 22 goals and 61 points for the Hawks in his three-year tenure. During this time, Reis was named First Team All-GLVC twice, NSCAA (now United Soccer Coaches) Division II All-Region Team twice, and GLVC Offensive Player of the Year during the 2015 season. His freshman campaign was highlighted by a Third Team All-GLVC honor and a trip to the NCAA Division II Final Four.
Reis is a two-time graduate of Quincy University. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and finished his MBA in 2021.
