Miles Stading joined the Hawks as the next Men's Lacrosse Assistant Coach in June of 2025.
Stading comes to Quincy after spending four seasons at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama. After his first two seasons as an Assistant Coach, Stading was promoted to Associate Head Coach.
With Huntingdon, the Hawks compiled a 23-51 record in a difficult USA South Conference. Stading headed an offense that doubled their goal output after his first season and maintained two nearly 200-goal seasons.
Prior to his five-year jaunt at his alma mater, Stading spent the shortened 2020 season with Hanover College Men’s Lacrosse. The Panthers only got through seven games before the season was canceled due to Covid-19.
Before that Stading spent four seasons playing for Huntingdon College. While at Huntingdon, Stading was a three-year starter as an attackman. Additionally, he helped Huntingdon win the USA South Conference Championship in 2018, which earned the team a spot in the NCAA Tournament. The Hawks went on to be back-to-back regular season USA South Conference Champions in 2019, falling short of a second berth to the NCAA tournament in the USA South championship game.

The Nebraska native concluded his career with Huntingdon as a four-time USA South Academic All-Conference selection. While attending Huntingdon, Stading was a part of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and the Quality Enhancement Plan Committee (QEP).
A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Stading graduated from Huntingdon in May 2019 with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
