Kade Warner is in his second season on the Quincy University coaching staff, where he serves as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
Warner began his collegiate playing career as a wide receiver at University of Nebraska–Lincoln (2017–2020) before transferring to Kansas State University, where he competed from 2021–22. Following his collegiate career, Warner signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent in May 2023 and remained with the organization through fall camp. After his release, he transitioned into coaching, serving as offensive coordinator at Maricopa Community College in Phoenix, Arizona, from 2023–24.
During the spring of 2024, Warner returned to the field professionally, suiting up for the San Antonio Brahmas of the United Football League. His experience across collegiate, professional, and coaching levels provides a unique perspective to the Hawks’ offensive unit.
In his first season at Quincy, Warner made an immediate impact on the Hawks’ offense. He helped guide quarterback Bradyn Little to GLVC Freshman of the Year honors, just the second player in program history to receive the award. As a unit, Quincy averaged 318.9 yards of total offense per game, including 227.3 passing yards per contest. The Hawks posted a .651 completion percentage, ranking third in the GLVC and 17th nationally at the NCAA Division II level, while also throwing just six interceptions on the season—good for a top-20 ranking nationally. Quincy’s offense also produced four GLVC All-Conference honorees during Warner’s first season.
