2023-24 (Senior): Adame wrapped up his Quincy career during the 2023-24 season, finishing with a 9-14 overall record and a .391 win percentage. He continued to contribute in dual action, going 3-2 overall and 1-2 in conference duals while scoring 15 dual points for the Hawks. Adame recorded five falls, one tech fall, one major decision, and two decision victories during his senior campaign.

2022-23 (Junior): Adame made his Quincy debut during the 2022-23 season after transferring from Calumet College. In his first year with the Hawks, he finished with a 16-15 overall record and a .516 win percentage. He was strong in dual action, going 8-3 overall and 2-3 in conference duals, while posting a .727 dual win percentage and scoring 43 dual points.

Adame recorded five falls, three major decisions, and five decision victories during the season. He made his debut for Quincy at the Kaufman/Brand/Bayly Open (11/5/22) before picking up his first win as a Hawk in a 39-9 dual victory over Missouri Baptist (11/9/22). He also earned a podium finish at the North Central College Open (12/10/22), placing sixth.
