Biography

2025-26 (Junior): Fernandez put together the best season of his Quincy career as a junior, finishing with a 14-13 overall record and a .519 win percentage. He also split his two dual appearances, going 1-1 overall and 1-1 in conference matchups while scoring six dual points for the Hawks.

Fernandez recorded five falls, one major decision, and five decision victories during the season. He opened the year with a fifth-place finish at the Luther Hill Open (11/1/25), followed by a sixth-place finish at the Service Salute Open (11/8/25). Fernandez added another podium finish later in the year, placing fifth at the Roger Denker Open (1/18/26).

2023-24 (Freshman): Fernandez gained his first collegiate experience with the Hawks during the 2023-24 season, finishing with a 4-13 overall record and a .235 win percentage. He also won his lone dual appearance, going 1-0 and scoring three dual points for Quincy.

Fernandez recorded two falls, one tech fall, and one decision victory during his freshman campaign. He made his collegiate debut at the Kaufman/Brand/Bayly Open (11/4/23), where he earned the first victory and first podium finish of his career with an eighth-place finish in the Amateur 165 division.
