2024-25 (Graduate): Norris put together one of his stronger seasons with the Hawks during the 2024-25 campaign, finishing with a 13-12 overall record and a .520 win percentage. He made three dual appearances, going 1-2 overall and 1-1 in conference matchups while scoring three dual points for Quincy.

Norris showed balance in his victories throughout the year, recording one fall, two tech falls, five major decisions, and five decision wins. 2022-23 (Senior): Norris joined the Hawks for the 2022-23 season after transferring from Lincoln College, finishing his first year at Quincy with a 7-13 overall record and a .350 win percentage. He went 3-2 in dual action, including an 0-1 mark in conference duals, while scoring 13 dual points for the Hawks.

Norris recorded two major decisions and four decision victories during the season. He made his debut for Quincy at the Kaufman/Brand/Bayly Open (11/5/22) before earning his first win as a Hawk in a 39-9 dual victory over Missouri Baptist (11/9/22), taking his bout at 157 pounds by a 6-4 decision.
