2025-26 (Junior): Schell remained active in the Quincy lineup during his junior season, finishing with a 9-20 overall record and a .310 win percentage. He went 1-6 in dual action, including an 0-3 mark in conference matchups, while scoring three dual points for the Hawks.

Schell recorded one tech fall, two major decisions, and six decision victories during the season. He also added a pair of podium finishes, placing sixth at the Kaufman/Brand/Bayly Open (11/22/25) and sixth again at the Roger Denker Open (1/18/26).

2024-25 (Sophomore): Schell continued to compete for the Hawks during his sophomore season, finishing with a 9-18 overall record and a .333 win percentage. He also saw time in dual action, going 2-6 while scoring eight dual points for Quincy.

Schell recorded two falls, one tech fall, one major decision, and five decision victories during the season. His top tournament finishes came at the Service Salute Open (11/9/24), where he placed third, and the Dr. Tom Smith Invitational (1/11/25), where he earned a runner-up finish.

2023-24 (Freshman): Schell made a strong first impression during his freshman season with the Hawks, finishing with a 10-11 overall record and a .476 win percentage. He also split his two dual appearances, going 1-1 while scoring five dual points for Quincy.

Schell recorded four falls, two tech falls, one major decision, and three decision victories during the year. He made his collegiate debut at the Kaufman/Brand/Bayly Open (11/4/23), where he put together four wins and earned a fifth-place finish in the Amateur 184 division.

Personal: Schell is from Flagler Beach, Florida, where he graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School and competed for the Bulldogs. During his high school career, Dalton was a three-sport athlete, participating in baseball, football, and wrestling. He found success on the mat, placing at the state level. Dalton is the son of Carrie and Nickolas Schell and has one sister, Sadie. His father, Nickolas, played football at Maryville College.
