Personal: Firebaugh is from Plymouth, Indiana, where he graduated from Plymouth High School and competed for the Rockies. During his high school career, Christopher was a standout wrestler, earning the Bob Reed Award and Most Valuable Wrestler honors. He placed fifth at the IHSAA State Championships, finished his career with more than 100 wins, and set school records for most reversals and most technical falls in a single season.
Christopher is the son of Chris and Casey Firebaugh and has two sisters, Chelsey and Caitlyn. Outside of wrestling, he enjoys swimming, diving, and fishing. His favorite wrestlers are Spencer Lee, John Smith, and Dan Gable.
