2024-25 (Graduate): Taylor saw another year of action for the Hawks during the 2024-25 season, finishing with a 2-12 overall record and a .143 win percentage. 2023-24 (Senior): Taylor continued to be a steady dual contributor for the Hawks during his senior season, finishing with an 8-14 overall record and a .364 win percentage. He went 5-6 in dual action, including a 1-3 mark in conference matchups, while scoring 24 dual points for Quincy.

Taylor recorded four falls, three tech falls, and one decision victory during the season. His strongest dual stretch came at the Fred Johnson Duals (1/7/24), where he swept his three matches at 174 pounds with victories over Augustana, Eureka, and Morton College.

2022-23 (Junior): Taylor joined the Hawks for the 2022-23 season after wrestling two years at Harper Community College. In his first season at Quincy, he finished with a 7-13 overall record and a .350 win percentage. He split his dual matches at 3-3, including a 2-2 mark in conference action, while scoring 18 dual points for the Hawks.

Taylor recorded five falls and one decision victory during the season, while also posting the fastest fall on the team at 30 seconds. He made his Quincy debut at the Kaufman/Brand/Bayly Open (11/5/22), where he picked up his first win in a Hawk uniform by decision.

Personal: Taylor is from Indianapolis, Indiana, where he graduated from Indianapolis Central High School. He is the son of Jill and James Taylor. Before coming to Quincy, Aaron wrestled at Harper College for two seasons. Outside of wrestling, he enjoys backpacking, lifting, and freestyling. His favorite athletes are Dennis Rodman, Jon Jones, and Demetrius Johnson.
