2024-25 (Graduate): In his third season with the Hawks, Taylor picked up both of his wins in the open 174 division at the Greyhound Open (2/9/25).

2023-24 (Senior): Taylor improved on his record from a season ago, earning eight victories on the season, which included four wins by fall and three by tech fall. He swept the Fred Johnson Duals (1/7/24), which included victories over Augustana (IL), Eureka, and Morton College at 174 pounds.

2022-23 (Junior): Taylor made his debut with the Hawks at the Maryville Open (11/5/22), where he picked up his first win in a QU uniform with a win by decision. He also helped the Hawks pick up their first dual victory in the GLVC Tournament with a 42-13 win over Davenport (2/12/23), winning by fall at 165 pounds.

Personal: Taylor is from Indianapolis, Indiana, where he graduated from Indianapolis Central High School. He is the son of Jill and James Taylor. Before coming to Quincy, Aaron wrestled at Harper Community College for two seasons. Outside of wrestling, he enjoys backpacking, lifting, and freestyling. His favorite athletes are Dennis Rodman, Jon Jones, and Demetrius Johnson.
