Quincy University Hawks

2025-26 (Sophomore): White made her first season with the Hawks a productive one, finishing with a 19-23 overall record and a .452 win percentage. She was a regular in dual action, going 4-11 overall and 2-3 in conference duals, while scoring 17 dual points for Quincy.

White recorded eight falls, five tech falls, four decision victories, and two ranked wins during the season. She also tied for the fastest fall on the team, earning a pin in just 18 seconds.

White made her Quincy debut at the Luther Hill Open (11/1/25), where she went 3-2 and placed seventh in the varsity 180 division. She continued to find the podium throughout the year, placing fourth at the Ottawa Open (11/8/25), fifth at the Missouri Baptist Open (1/16/26), and fifth at NCAA Women’s Wrestling Regional #5 (2/20-21/26).

Personal: White is from Oak Park, Illinois, and came to Quincy after spending one year at Upper Iowa University. She graduated from Oak Park and River Forest High School, where she put together a decorated wrestling career as a four-time state qualifier, three-time state placer, and freestyle state champion.

Wrestling runs deep in White’s family. Her brother, Isaiah, is a two-time NCAA Division I All-American and former NCAA Division II national champion, while her sister, Tiffany, is a two-time NJCAA All-American. Trinity is the daughter of Michelle Simmons.

Outside of wrestling, White enjoys swimming, music, video games, and spending time with family and friends. She is also a fan of the Chicago White Sox.
