Personal:Â Madisynn Crawford is from Kirksville, Missouri, and attended Kirksville R-III Senior High School, where she competed as a Tiger. She is the daughter of Sarah and Jeremy Crawford and has three siblings: Morgan, Dakota, and Benson. In addition to athletics, she was active on campus, serving on Student Council for three years and in Key Club for two years.
Athletically, Madisynn is a multi-sport competitor with four years in tennis, where she was a two-time district placer and sectional qualifier, and three years in track. Most notably, she built an impressive wrestling career over three seasons, placing third at districts in 2023 and 2024, finishing 5th at state in 2023, and improving to a 3rd-place state finish in 2024. She also earned 6th place at the Wonder Woman tournament. In doing so, she became the first female wrestler in program history to place at state, achieving that milestone in only her second year in the sport. She was also named Academic All-State both years she qualified.
On the national stage, Madisynn was a 2024 Fargo Qualifier, where she went 3–2, and represented Missouri as a 2024 Freestyle and Greco National Team Member. At the National Duals, she wrestled 170 lbs in Greco and bumped up to 190 lbs in Freestyle, finishing with a 6–2 Freestyle record.
Outside of competition, she enjoys thrifting, sand volleyball, listening to music, and crafts.
