2023-24 (Freshman): In her very first match, Autumn earned her first career victory in the Luther Hill Invitational with a win by fall in the 123 division. At the Luther Open, she placed for the first time, earning a fourth-place finish in the 123 division.

Personal: Van Bremen is a graduate of James Wood High School in Winchester, Virginia. She was a four-year varsity wrestler and earned the Northwestern District VHSL All-Academic Award. 

Beyond athletics, Autumn is very creative in her free time as a graphic design major. She enjoys art, writing, and animation. Her favorite athlete is hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, and she is also an avid supporter of the Pittsburg Penguins.

Autumn is the daughter of Cassandra and Scott Van Bremen and the sister of Ryder, Dodge, and Virginia.
