2024-25 (Sophomore): Van Bremen saw a smaller slate of matches during her sophomore season, finishing with a 9-14 overall record and a .391 win percentage. She made the most of her dual opportunities, going 3-2 with a .600 dual win percentage while scoring 13 dual points for the Hawks. Van Bremen recorded three falls, one tech fall, and four decision victories on the season.

2023-24 (Freshman): Van Bremen got her first taste of collegiate wrestling during the 2023-24 season, finishing with a 21-25 overall record and a .457 win percentage. She was also a regular in the dual lineup, going 7-11 with a .389 dual win percentage while scoring 35 dual points for the Hawks. Van Bremen recorded seven falls, one tech fall, and a team-high seven decision victories during her freshman campaign.

Van Bremen made her collegiate debut at the Luther Hill Open (11/4/23), where she went 4-2 and won the first match of her career by fall in 1:02. She later earned the first podium finish of her career at the Luther College Open (11/11/23), placing fourth.

Personal: Van Bremen is from Winchester, Virginia, where she graduated from James Wood High School. During her high school career, she was a four-year varsity wrestler and earned the Northwestern District VHSL All-Academic Award.

Away from athletics, Van Bremen is a graphic design major and enjoys creative outlets such as art, writing, and animation. Her favorite athlete is hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, and she is a fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Autumn is the daughter of Cassandra and Scott Van Bremen and has three siblings: Ryder, Dodge, and Virginia.
