2025-26 (Senior): Valdez finished the 2025-26 season with a 4-12 overall record and a .250 win percentage. She did not see dual action, but recorded one fall and three tech falls, with all four of her victories coming by bonus points.

2024-25 (Junior): Valdez returned to the mat for the Hawks during her junior season, finishing with a 12-21 overall record and a .364 win percentage. She went 4-6 in dual action with a .400 dual win percentage, scoring 16 dual points on the season. Valdez recorded three falls, four tech falls, and four decision victories. Valdez put together her strongest performance of the season at the NCWWC Women’s Region IV Tournament (2/23/25), placing third to qualify for the national tournament. With the finish, she became one of six Hawks to qualify for the national tournament and went 1-2 on the national stage.

2022-23 (Freshman): Valdez appeared in her first season with the Hawks, finishing with a 10-17 overall record and a .370 win percentage. She was especially strong in dual action, going 7-2 with a team-best .778 dual win percentage while scoring 34 dual points. Valdez recorded four falls and two tech falls during her freshman campaign. Valdez made her collegiate debut at the Luther Hill Invitational, where she went 0-2. She later earned a podium finish at the Luther College Open (11/12/22), placing fourth.
