Cetin posted three matches with double-digit kills from the middle and registered 10 matches with five or more blocks.

2025 (Senior): In her senior season, Cetin played a key role in the middle for the Hawks, ranking second on the team with 69.0 total blocks (23 solo, 46 assisted) and leading the team with 0.77 blocks per set. She appeared in 27 matches and 90 sets, totaling 171 kills (1.90 per set) and 217.0 points (2.41 per set). Cetin led the team with a .333 hitting percentage, which ranked fourth in the GLVC. She recorded three matches with double-digit kills and posted six matches with five or more total blocks. Cetin registered a career-high 13 kills on 21 swings with no errors (.619 hitting percentage) in a four-set win over Drury (10/24/25).

2024 (Junior): As a junior, Cetin appeared in 26 matches and 82 sets, recording 78 kills (0.95 per set), 24 digs, and 59.0 total blocks (0.72 per set). She made her collegiate debut in a set against Trevecca Nazarene (9/7/24) and recorded her first career kill against Malone (9/14/24). Cetin tallied a season-high seven kills twice, against Ferris State (10/19/24) and McKendree (11/22/24), and recorded a career-high 10 blocks against Rockhurst in the GLVC Tournament (11/23/24).

Personal: Zeynep Cetin, from Marmaris, Turkey, is a graduate of Cagdas Bilim High School. She is the daughter of Fatih and Hülya Cetin and has one sibling, Deniz Cetin. Zeynep’s athletic background includes a notable highlight, competing and winning the Turkish National Team Championship in 2018, a testament to her talent and dedication in her sport. Outside of athletics, Zeynep enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her friends.
