Biography
Personal: Sofia Torres hails from Lima, Peru, and attended Central Gwinnett High School in Georgia, where she played volleyball for the Knights. She had an impressive high school career, earning numerous honors including being named the 2023-2024 Athlete of the Year. Sofia was selected to the All-Region Team in both 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 and earned First Team All-Region honors in both years. She was also recognized on the JVA Watchlist and received ATL Cup Honorable Athlete recognition. She is the daughter of Marco Torres Casimiro and Dancin Aquino.
