Biography
2019 (Junior): Played in 25 matches. Finished with team high 461 digs, also 2nd in assists with 90. Complied 35 service aces which was a team high and 8th best in the GLVC.
2018 (Sophomore): Appeared in 25 matches, making three starts in her sophomore season. Recorded 304 digs, 36 assists and two kills.
2017 (Freshman): Appeared in 13 matches in her freshman season. Recorded 27 digs and five assists.
Background:
Blair is a double major in Marketing & Management and is from Bristol, WI. Sarah is the daughter of Chris & Margie Blair-Petges, and has four siblings Leah Blair (24) Luke Blair (24) Reid Petges (27), and Haley Petges (29). She stems from an athletic family as her mother ran track and swam for Carthage College, while her father participated in swim & diving for Wheaton College. Blair graduated from Westosha High School with a 3.9 GPA, and she was a four year Honor Roll student. Blair received First Team All-Conference and Defensive MVP her last three seasons as a Falcon.
Why I chose QU
I chose Quincy University because I knew when I had my first visit, Quincy felt like home to me. I wanted to be a part of a team and community that acquired the characteristics of a family and that's exactly how Quincy felt.
