Quincy University Hawks

2024 (Freshman): In her freshman season, Hansen played in 18 matches, totaling 53 sets. In those sets, she racked up 43 kills, two assists, and seven digs and was third on the team with 46 total blocks. Samantha had her season cut short due to an injury toward the end of the season. She made her collegiate debut against Anderson (SC) (9/6/24), where she had two kills, one assist, and a season-high 10 total blocks.

Personal: Samantha Hansen, from Fenton, MO, attended Fox High School, where she was a member of the Warriors. She is the daughter of Robert and Melissa Hansen and has two siblings, Alexis and Lily. Academically, she graduated Cum Laude and earned AP Honors with Distinction. Athletically, Samantha was a standout performer on the volleyball court, earning All-Conference honors three times, as well as All-District honors three times. She also earned Honorable Mention for Conference Player of the Year.
